1. Cancellation of Entries: Users can cancel their entries in contests before the contest starts. Once a contest begins, no cancellations are allowed.

2. Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after a valid cancellation request is received. Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the transaction.

3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for contests that have not yet started. If a contest is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all entry fees will be refunded to participants.
